We aren't posting a cool entry with photos today... it's been a very busy day and we did not bring the appropriate equipment to the University (where there is internet)...
But everything has been excellent recently. I'm sure Kyle will tell you all about it soon. There was lots of cleaning of our apartment and shopping for things (today we bought shelves, dishes, etc.). We had an adventure this afternoon in which we went to get a new key made, pay our health insurance bill at the bank, buy a used cell phone and set up cell phone accounts- all without anyone to translate for us. We had a little phrase book with pictures, but we didn't really need it.

Yup- almost everyone I've encountered so far at work speaks some amount of English
